Do you take better care of your car or your body?

Interesting question, right? Take some time and think about it. If the check engine light comes on in your car, or your car starts making loud noises, what do you do? You take it to a mechanic and have them diagnose what is wrong, give you options to fix the problem, and you typically always pay the price and fix it. What choice do you have? You need to have your car. Think of what can happen to a car if you just keep on driving with the check engine light on and making noises you know it should not. Typically, the problem gets much worse and costs you even more money to fix.

What if the mechanic just placed a band-aid over the check engine light and said “ok you’re all set” …. What would happen?  Oh yes, that car would break down and get worse. Taking medication to mask pain is only a band-aid, it is not fixing what is wrong; and just like that car, your body will break down and get worse.

Joint pain, inflammation, and creaky joints are your body’s check engine light! Don’t ignore your body telling you that it needs to be fixed, or at least evaluated to see what is wrong. Same as with your car, the longer you wait, the more expensive and time consuming it can be to fix.

When it comes to money, many people value their car more. On average most people spend $400+ a month on car payments, insurance, maintenance etc.. This is just something we do because most of us need to have a car. When asked to spend that kind of money on your body and to improve your daily function, you should make it as much of a priority and necessity as that car payment. If presented with a treatment option to repair, fix, and regenerate your body that typically has a lower monthly payment than your car, you should take it! Investing money is your body is NEVER a waste. Your body is your vehicle that you are in 24/7, not just a few hours a week here and there, treat it better and start regenerating those joints!

BEFORE YOU OPERATE, BEFORE YOU MEDICATE, REGENERATE!
