About Alyssa Bauman, FNP-C
Alyssa Bauman is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing and completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. Alyssa’s passion for caring for others has taken her through a variety of clinical settings from working with geriatric patients to caring for patients in the acute care setting. A majority of her nursing career has been spent working at the Arizona Burn Center helping to rehabilitate patients with severe burn injuries.
Alyssa’s philosophy of modern medicine is to combine a focus on preventative care along with patient education. Through her nursing career, Alyssa has learned to be an active listener and an advocate for her patients. To create a long and healthy lifestyle, she strives to work as a team with her patients engaging in active listening and thorough teaching on health maintenance. Working with a holistic approach allows Alyssa to treat the entire patient not just an ailment.
About Dr. Terry Eldridge, DC
Dr. Terry Eldridge and Cactus Medical Center offer an innovative, integrated practice atmosphere which provides each patient with a “team approach” with other elite providers. This multidisciplinary input and review allows us to determine the underlying cause of each individuals condition and to produce the best treatment plan for each unique situation. Dr. Eldridge’s ultimate goal is to improve quality of life and function – pain free! Dr. Eldridge hails from Valparaiso, Indiana. He completed his undergraduate studies at Purdue University and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1985. Dr. Eldridge brings his 33 years of Chiropractic experience to Cactus Medical Center with proficiency in multiple Chiropractic techniques and whole-body treatments.
About Dr. Brandon Kulp, DC
Dr. Brandon Kulp at Cactus Medical Center provides innovative and cutting-edge physical medicine and rehabilitation to the men and women of Peoria, Arizona.
Dr. Kulp strives to find the source and underlying cause of each patient’s pain. He treats the entire body as a whole, ultimately enhancing the patient’s quality of life.
Through spinal adjustments, functional training, and education, Dr. Kulp works with his patients to alleviate their pain. In doing so, Dr. Kulp encourages his patients to have an active role in their well-being.
Originally from western New York, Dr. Kulp completed his undergraduate coursework in athletic training at Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, and later graduated from D’Youville College there.
Dr. Kulp gained expert knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and rehabilitation working as an athletic trainer for local middle/high-schools and colleges, and also for the Buffalo Bandits professional lacrosse team. His experience with sports injuries allows him to treat a wide variety of patients from rookie athletes to professionals.
Dr. Kulp recently traveled to New Delhi, India, where he collaborated with an orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist. Additionally, Dr. Kulp has completed advanced training in the Graston Technique®, which is an innovative form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables him to break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions.
About Dr. Casey McNinch, PT, DPT
Dr. Casey McNinch has developed a top tier Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Therapy program at Cactus Medical Center. This program focuses on using stem cell products to restore, regenerate and repair broken down joints that are causing pain. Dr. McNinch offers multiple lectures each month to help educate patients and the community on what regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy is and how it could work for you. As part of the integrated medical approach at Cactus Medical Center, Dr. McNinch coordinates and oversees the rehabilitation program. He believes rehabilitation is a vital component in any treatment plan in order to restore joint function and to prevent reoccurring injuries. Dr. McNinch is originally from Western New York where he completed both is undergraduate and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees at Daemen College in Amherst, NY.
